The newly topped Wimbledon Doubles champion Sania Mirza was on Monday fined for violation of traffic rules.
According to reports, Hyderabad city cops on Monday night imposed a penalty of Rs.200 for the reason that registration plate of Sania’s car was identified to be in violation of the rules.
As per media reports, police found the number plate of Sania’s car wasn’t as per the rules recommended by the traffic police and therefore a penalty of Rs. 200 was imposed.
The violation has been discovered by the traffic police while in checking of vehicles in Jubliee Hills area, Hyderabad.
Sania Mirza is also the brand ambassador of Telangana State.
