Which Political Leader In Andhra Pradesh Is Capable Of Uplifting The POOR, Backward Communities?

JanaSena party President Pawan Kalyan received a tremendous response from the participants, as 89% of participants believe that he’s capable of uplifting the poor or  backward communities in the Andhra Pradesh state.

Pawan Kalyan is followed by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, as Jagan received 7% votes.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu came in 3rd place, as only 4% of participants voted for him.

The India, despite being one of the fastest growing economies in the world with roughly 7.5% growth rate, the poverty in the country is still a significant issue.  

According to the latest studies (January 2019), the world had approximately 872 million people below the new poverty line, India had third highest number of people living in extreme poverty after Nigeria and Congo.

Politics and Corruption too go together in India.

As of December 2009, 120 of India’s 524 Parliament members were accused of various crimes, under India’s First Information Report procedure wherein anyone can allege another to have committed a crime.

Many of the biggest scandals since 2010 have involved high level government officials, including Cabinet Ministers and Chief Ministers, such as the 2010 Commonwealth games scam (₹70,000 crore (US$9.7 billion)), the Adarsh Housing Society scam, the Coal Mining Scam (₹1.86 lakh crore (US$26 billion)), the Mining Scandal in Karnataka and the Cash for Vote scams.

Putting the country’s Economy and political Corruption aside, TheTimes24 has recently conducted an opinion poll on the leading political leaders in the Andhra Pradesh and their capability in uplifting the poor in the State.

TheTimes24 in an opinion poll conducted on its social media platform asked the participants to vote on the following question.

According to the results, JanaSena party President Pawan Kalyan received a tremendous response from the participants, as 89% of participants voted for him and believe that he’s capable of uplifting the poor and backward communities in the Andhra Pradesh state.

Pawan Kalyan is followed by YSR Congress party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as the leader of opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly received 7% votes.

Andhra Pradesh chief minister and Telugu Desam Party national president N. Chandrababu Naidu came in 3rd place, as only 4% of participants voted for him.

Pawan Kalyan led Janasena Party founded on 14 March 2014. Jana Sena means People’s Army. The motto of the party is to Fight for the Rights of each and every Common Person.
