US President Donald Trump had invited Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai to have a meeting
Instead of spilling out what dialogue took place with POTUS (President of The United States), Sundar preferred to stay quiet.
The company officials were obliged that the meeting took place and in the conference, the future of the American workforce was discussed along with the new technologies and commitment for working with the US government in the future.
Dated back March 27, when US President Donald Trump had invited Google+’s CEO Sundar Pichai to have a meeting with him, after Apple’s CEO Tim Cook.
Sundar Pichai met US President Donald Trump this Wednesday and what conversation happened between both the parties is unknown. Instead of spilling out what dialogue took place with POTUS (President of The United States), Sundar preferred to stay quiet.
However, Trump did not remain silent, and he tweeted that Google is committed to the US military and not of Chinese. He also added that both talked about the fairness of politics and how Google+ can help the country in various aspects. Trump was so happy during tweeting that he mistakenly wrote Sundar as the President than CEO of Google.
Sarah Zimmerman, a communication lecturer at the University of Michigan Ross School of business, said that there might be some reasons for him to be quiet. Like Pichai might have gone to meet Trump for a collection of information whereas Trump wanted a win to show public that Google is willing to work with them. The second reason might be the Chief exec didn’t want to align himself with the president publically.
The company officials were obliged that the meeting took place and in the conference, the future of the American Workforce was discussed along with the new technologies and commitment for working with the US government in the future.
