According to recent data released by the United States Department of Labour, London-based multi-national professional services organisation Ernst and Young has emerged as the top employer to have obtained the H-1B visa certification with over 151,164 H-1B specialty occupation labour certifications.
The Deloitte Consulting (69,869), Cognizant technology Corp (47,732), HCL America (42,820), and K Force Inc (32,996) came at 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th positions respectively.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is the only Indian company among the top 10 companies to get foreign labour certification for H-1B visas for the year 2018. The company received 20,755 H-1B specialty occupation labour certifications.
