Thomas Pesquet reports from Baikonur only hours now before the launch of Soyuz MS-01: “Soyuz is now on its launch pad, after a short train ride. Just over two hours for the trip, installation, raising to launch position. Extremely impressive, but it’s routine for the Baikonur Cosmodrome: the launch pad that will send off our colleagues has already seen more than 500 launches!!”
