The Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) reportedly found indigenously mass-produced cosmetics lacking proper manufacturing authorisations and comprising components imported without registration certificates.
The E-commerce giants have also been warned of severe actions if they fail to provide proper reports on the issue.
