Around 40 soldiers were killed in Pulwama attack in Jammu and Kashmir when an improvised explosive device was placed and targeted at the jawans.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi vowed that the sacrifice of soldiers’ lives at Pulwama will not go in vain. Modi also said, the entire nation stands for the injured soldiers and families of the injured as well as the martyred.
The event so happened that the terrorist drove a Scorpio with 350kg of explosives inside it. The car crashed with one bus that carried 40 personnel. The outcome of the blast was the nearby vehicles were also affected by it and the rest 40 soldiers are struggling with their lives. 13 other soldiers are critical.
This attack is considered to be one of the worst attack that anyone had ever thought. Around two years ago, the URI attack took lives of 19 soldiers but the army exactly after 11 days retaliated with a surgical strike by destroying several installations.
Besides the death of brave hearts, many other things happened in for and against relating to the terror attack:
