The multi-crore accounting misrepresentation case involving Satyam Computer Services Limited (SCSL) founder B. Ramalinga Rajum, has been deferred to April 9, 2015.
“April 9 will be the last date for the verdict. No inquiry of further intermissions. Court won’t hold up,” the judge B.V.L.N. Chakravarthi said.
Amid the keep going hearing on December 23, 2014, the court had said it would pronounce the decision on March 9.
The Satyam accounting case became known on January 7, 2009. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) subsequently took up the matter and documented three charge sheets against the 10 accused.
