Samsung, one of the largest multi-billion dollar corporations in the world, has quite recently authoritatively reported the arrival of their Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge phones in India.
According to the company’s latest updates, the Galaxy S6 is estimated at Rs 49,900 for the 32GB version, Rs 55,900 for 64GB, and Rs 60,900 for 128GB.
In the mean time, the S6 Edge is valued at Rs 58900 for 32 GB, Rs 64,900 for 64GB, and Rs 70,900 for 128GB.
According to reports, pre-orders are open today (23rd March) and the phone will be available in stores from April 10.
“The Indian Research & Development (R&D) centers of Samsung have contributed significantly to the configuration and Innovation that have gone into making the new Galaxy Smartphones,” Asim Warsi, Vice-President , Mobile and IT for Samsung India electronics said.
He additionally said that the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will inevitably be made in India.
Samsung Electronics is one of the largest multi-billion dollar corporations in the world.
In 2007, the company exceeded the $100bn mark in annual sales for the first time in its history.
This makes the company one of the world’s top three companies in the electronics industry.
