Rafael Nadal Has Won 9th Italian Open Title

Rafael Nadal has won the Italian Open 2019 title after beating Serbian professional tennis player Novak Djokovic 6-0, 4-6, 6-1 in the final match.

With this title, Nadal’s Italian Open titles quantity reached to 9.

Spanish professional tennis player Rafael Nadal on 19^th of May has won the Italian Open 2019 title after beating Serbian professional tennis player Novak Djokovic 6-0, 4-6, 6-1 in the final match in Rome.

With this title, Nadal has so far achieved 9 Italian Open titles.

Nadal also broke a tie with Djokovic by claiming a record 34th Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Masters 1000 crown.

Whereas, in Women’s single Czech’s Karolina Pliskova recorded two straight-set victory against Britain’s Johanna Konta 6-3, 6-4 to claim the Italian Open title.

Nadal is currently ranked world No. 2 in men’s singles tennis by the Association of Tennis Professionals.

Nadal has won 17 Grand Slam singles titles, the 2^nd most in history for a male player, as well as a record 34 ATP Tour Masters 1000 titles, 20 ATP Tour 500 titles, and the 2008 Olympic Gold Medal in singles.
