The trailer of Telugu biographical Film NTR Mahanayakudu, which is based on the life and political career of N. T. Rama Rao (NTR) was released on Saturday (16th of Feb).
The NTR Mahanayakudu trailer involves several elevations of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister NTR.
A scene from the trailer shows the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi folding hands with respect by seeing at a cut out of NTR misidentifying him to be Lord Sri Krishna.
Then the secretary says to Gandhi “Madam, he’s our opponent.”
In another scene, Gandhi says “What can I do, if he comes to Delhi.”
The trailer also focused on Nadendla Bhaskara Rao, who was the chief minister of the Andhra Pradesh for a brief period in 1984 and served the shortest term yet, as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Nadendla says in a scene, “If he’s the (NTR) pilot, I’m the co-pilot. He’s new to administration. I’m here for you.”
In other scene, Nadendla says, “he’s (NTR) just the glamour of this party (TDP). But I’m the grammar of it.”
Chandrababu Naidu role on the other hand portrayed as a saviour where in a scene he says “someone should tell him (NTR), or else he will stand alone with 6 crore people by his side.”
