Elections are around the corner, and people at Dhenkanal are ready to cast their vote. The election commission is geared up to make the Strategy of conducting elections.
Regarding the strategy for upcoming elections in the district, Rashmi Rekha Swain an official from District Collectorate office said that “No voter is left behind” is the theme for this election.
From first-time voters to the existing ones, everybody is expecting growth in the Sectors like employment, relief from agrarian distress and related issues from the Political Leaders they are going to vote for, no matter which party it is.
Elections are around the corner, and people at Dhenkanal are ready to cast their vote. The Election Commission is geared up to make the strategy of conducting elections. Dhenkanal’s election preparation is to be specified after an official press meets at Collectorate office on Monday at 5 pm.
Regarding the strategy for upcoming elections in the district, Rashmi Rekha Swain an official from District Collectorate office said that “No voter is left behind” is the theme for this election. This time EC is planning to set up pink polling booths which will have women staff utterly and are aimed at raising women’s participation in the election process. Also, Commission is planning to arrange vehicles for disabled persons near the polling booths, At least one NCC volunteer will be posted in every booth, she added.
“Total of 110 ‘critical booths’ have been declared for this election. Full-fledged Security will be arranged through webcasting, CCTV, micro observer and there will be a 15 member flying squad, static surveillance team including account expenditure observer”- Swain claimed.
