Union Ministry of Urban Development has announced the list of top 10 clean cities in India. Mysuru has once again emerged as the cleanest city in the country for the second year in a row.
As per a survey conducted across the nation under the ‘Swachh Bharat’ Mission, Visakhapatnam from Andhra Pradesh has made it into the Top 10.
“The survey is not conducted to demoralize any city but it is aimed to generate a healthy competition among them,” said Urban Development Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu after releasing the survey report.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s constituency Varanasi is ranked 65th among the 73 cities surveyed.

4.New Delhi

9.Pimpri Chindwad (Maharashtra)
10.Greater Mumbai (Maharashtra)
