As of January 2018, Mukesh Ambani was ranked by Forbes as the 18th-wealthiest person in the world. He surpassed Alibaba co-founder and executive chairman Jack Ma, to become Asia’s richest person.
Mukesh Ambani’s wealth nurtured by $9.3 billion this year, lesser than $15.3-billion rise in year 2017.
