Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik tied the knot on April 2010, and after 8years of marital bliss, they were blessed with a baby boy on 30th October this year. The duo named their son Izhaan which means God’s gift in Urdu.
On Sania’s 32nd birthday she tweeted cuddling baby Izhaan in her arms and captioning her photo as it was hard to leave home away from baby Izhaan. Surprisingly, baby Izhaan owns both the surnames of his parents and Sania confirmed his nationality is neither Indian nor Pakistani.
Sania has been away from matches and limelight as she sustained an injury in her right knee in October 2017. She underwent surgery and extended her break confirming her pregnancy. Sania has established her comeback to Tennis court during autumn in 2019 on the sidelines of 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
