Lao PDR is one of the ASEAN countries most vulnerable to climate change, leaving local transport Infrastructure particularly exposed.
A $25 million road project is helping to build more climate-resilient infrastructure.

The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors approve US $25 million credit from IDA to help Lao PDR strengthen its road maintenance systems.
