Cute actress Amyra Dastur has been roped in to play a crucial role in martial arts star Jackie Chan‘s upcoming movie ‘Kung Fu Yoga‘. The same role was earlier supposed to be done by Goa hottie Ileana D’Cruz but the actress has been shown doors by the unit to rope in Amyra.
Amyra Dastur is lucky to grab the role for which many Indian actresses were contending. It will be her first Hollywood venture and that too alongside legend like Jackie Chan. Reportedly she has a lengthy role in the film and not just a cameo appearance.
Coming to Amyra’s career, after making her debut with ‘Issaq’ starring Prateik Babbar, Amyra was recently seen in ‘Mr. X’ starring actor Emraan Hashmi. Next, she entered Tamil film industry with Dhanush starrer ‘Anegan’.
Amyra is quite excited about landing in this film. She will join Jackie in China in couple of days. The last movie in which an Indian actor shared screen with Jackie Chan was ‘The Myth’ and the lucky starlet was bold actress Mallika Sherawat.
