Taking ‘ease of doing business’concept forward, the Indian government has come up with new approach to attract entrepreneurs.
According to latest updates,the BJP government marked Labor Day by making it easier to incorporate a new business in the country.
Beginning today (May 1,2015), entrepreneurs require only to fill out a single form to begin a business, down from the eight they needed to submit as of recently.
As understood the updates further deeply, the new form, called INC-29, will permit make complaince and reporting simpler,and will be accessible on the site of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The key motivation behind this move is to improve India’s global ease of doing business positioning, which as of now languishes at the 142 spot out of 189 economies.
