Beautiful actress Alia Bhatt is emerging as the new star heroine in Bollywood with films opposite Bollywood baadshah Shah Rukh Khan and young heroes like Shahid Kapoor lining up. She will next be seen in ‘Shaandaar’ opposite Shahid.
Speaking with media, during the promotions of the film, when she was questioned about biopics, Alia didn’t hesitate for a second to say that she would love to do a biopic on late Pakistani singer Nazia Hassan.
Alia said, “I did not think much about it but I think I should do it now. I would love to do biopic on Pakistani pop sensation Nazia Hassan who died very early in her age. She was a singer and I am a singer too, so it will be interesting.”
Alia’s selection of films has definitely played a key role in shaping up her career. However, publicly revealing about her desire of playing a Pakistani singer might receive criticism from a section.
