PM Narendra Modi addressed the seventh Vibrant Gujarat summit in Gandhinagar.
The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, US Secretary of State John Kerry, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim as well as ministers and corporate leaders from 100 countries attended the summit.
Modi said that his government was attempting to restore the economy, and told Worldwide investors that India today was a place of opportunities.
“In a short compass of seven months, we have possessed the capacity to change the climate of despondency and instability,” Modi said.
“Since the first day, my administration is effectively attempting to resuscitate the economy,” he told.
Modi urged nations, organizations and investors to be a part of India’s development story.
