While addressing at the Indian Diaspora in Toronto’s Ricoh Coliseum, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, development is an answer for all the issues that India faces.
Modi said the nation has all the abilities it needs, it simply needs opportunities now.
Attacking the past governments, Modi said those who had create a mess, they have done so and left. We will go after cleaning it up.
Referring to India’s global competitive workforce capability, Modi said India will provide the workforce to power global growth. Our central goal is ‘skill India’, not ‘scam India’.
Modi said that India’s greatest fortune is its youth and his aim was to see them as job creators.
“Eighty crore youth, 80 crore dreams, 160 crore solid hands. What would we be able to not accomplish?” Modi said.
Referring to his bilateral tasks with Canada, Modi said, the decisions we have taken today have been taken in a friendly atmosphere. Our association is going to be very long and a productive one.
