According to Randstad’s ‘India Country Report 2015’, Google has emerged as India’s most attractive organization while Asian Paints is the nation’s best known organization.
As part of the evaluation, the organizations were chosen based on 10 components ranging from financial wellbeing, long-term job Security, interesting job content to strong management among others.
As understood the report, Microsoft India, which beat the list sequentially for the past four years, has been inducted into the hall of fame category this year.
The sector-specific special recognition awards this year has been granted to Tata Steel for manufacturing, P&G for FMCG and Honda India for auto verticals.
Other than these organizations, some of the other most attractive organizations in India include, Cognizant technology Services, Hewlett-Packard, HPCL, IBM, Infosys, L&T, ONGC, Samsung, SBI, Taj Group of hotels, TCS, Tata Motors, Toyota and Wipro.
As part of the survey, views of more than 8,500 participants were reviewed.
