From Thomas Pesquet this morning! “These are the results of the Aquapad experiment where I will be testing the Space Station’s water periodically throughout the Proxima mission. Basically I have to squirt some water onto a pad and depending on how many coloured dots appear it will tell researchers how much bacteria is in the water – and whether it is safe to drink. Over 80% of the water we drink up here is recycled from sweat and urine, so I hope it works well.” 😉
