United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon has condemned Dhaka terror attack and hopes that those behind this crime will be identified & brought to justice
Ban Ki-Moon has called on member states to fight extremism with education and social media.
In a report submitted to the UN General Assembly, he spoke about the changed nature of terrorism, including the increased radicalisation of individuals through social media.
Mr. Ban said that extremism can only be eradicated by including preventive measures.
The study calls on member states to employ conflict resolution, empower youth, develop educational opportunities and embrace human rights in the battle against terrorism.
