A housing colony in Komarolu village was recently built under NTR Rural Housing Scheme and it now named as Nara Devansh (the 4-year old grandson of Chandrababu Naidu) colony.
Launched by Andhra Pradesh government in 2017–18 with an intention to provide living quarters to poor, the state and centre will provide the subsidy to eligible beneficiaries under NTR Housing scheme.
Nara Devansh is also richer than his grandfather.
Naidu’s son and IT Minister Nara Lokesh in November, 2018 released his family asset details. According to the information released by Lokesh, Naidu is worth Rs 2.99 crore and 4-year old Devansh has assets worth Rs. 18.71 crore.
