Listing the three bold ambitions for Microsoft, the tech giant’s India-born CEO Satya Nadella on Monday (13th July) said the company will concentrate on personal computing, reinvention of productivity and business process and building an intelligent cloud platform.
Giving the Audience a glimpse of the mission and sense of purpose, Nadella said during the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2015, Microsoft is focused on helping its customers achieve “greatness through digital Technology.”
Listing ‘personal computing’ as one of the three bold ambitions for Microsoft, Nadella, said “Windows 10 is going to usher in this new era of more personal computing. It is not just the technology but what Windows means for this ecosystem is what is driving us.”
“Windows 10 is going to keep running on everything from phones to tablets to surface hubs and also to the HoloLens,” he added.
Highlighting the second bold ambition for the organization, Mr Nadella said it will be the reinvention of productivity and business process.
“We need to unite everything that is related to core creation, communication, collaboration in business process and blend them together,” Nadella said.
The other bold ambition that the organization is focused on is building an intelligent cloud. In this connection, the Cortana Analytics Suite, a comprehensive set of services to help businesses transform data into intelligent action was announced by Mr Nadella.
Microsoft Corporation is engaged in developing, licensing and supporting a range of software products and services. The Company also designs and sells hardware, and delivers online advertising to the customers.
