According to latest media reports, with aggregate funds of $4.1 billion , Indians rank sixteenth on the new leaked HSBC list of Swiss bank balance holders from more than 200 nations.
The list involves more than one hundred thousand HSBC customers and their accounts with over $100 billion total balances, the list made open by ICIJ (International Consortium of Investigative Journalists) says.
The account holders from Switzerland itself are on the top in the list with $31.2 billion, followed by UK, Venezuela, US and France in the top five.
Based on this parameter, India is at sixteenth place.
