Tollywood Prince Mahesh Babu on Wednesday announced that he is going to adopt not one but two villages.
Mahesh Babu mentioned that he is adopting Burripalem village from Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh and the other village from Mahbubnagar district of Telangana state.
Coming up with an official announcement on his Twitter page, Mahesh mentioned that he was moved by the smart villaga initiative lead by the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and it motivated him to adopt Burripalem village.
He further mentioned that he was very humbled with the compliments from Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao and additionally stated that he is going to adopt a village from Mahabubnagar district in Telangana under Telangana Govt’s Gram Jyothi initiative.
Mahesh also said, “Srimanthudu is a special film for many reasons and gained immense respect and love from all my fans… Made me more human.”
