The Supreme Court will resume its hearing for review of judgment over Rafale case.

On March 14, the Supreme Court will resume its hearing for review of judgment over Rafale case.
The top court had dismissed the allegations that Congress said about Corruption in 2016 jet deal as well as the government had undergone to have an overpriced deal to help Anil Ambani bag a contract with jet maker Dassault.
The Centre discussed with the top court that it is a sensitive matter for national Security and those who conspired and photocopied the papers have committed a crime.

- The Chairperson of Hindu said, the documents published are of public interest, and no one will be able to find any trace about it.
- The defence Ministry has objected for “parallel negotiations “ for Rafale jets and said the deal became expensive for India after France refused to provide bank guarantees.
- The petitions filed by NDA ministers, contended the court to reconsider its judgments over the Rafale Deal.
- Congress charged the government over getting the overpriced Rafale jets to benefit Anil Ambani.
- Both Dassault and government have denied the accusations of Congress.
