Multi-dimensional, lively, and powerful.
The exhibition The Arab Spring – Unfinished Journeys by artist Helen Zughaib is presented by the World Bank Art Program, in partnership with the Middle East and North Africa Regional Vice President Hafez Ghanem, in the Washington, DC headquarters. Featuring the series of works she has been developing since 2010 in response to the Arab Spring, this exhibition reveals important perspectives on the cultural, social, and economic implications of the refugee and internally displaced people crisis.
The Arab Spring – Unfinished Journeys
The exhibition stands as an important connection point between the growing global crisis of refugees and internally displaced people, and the Bank’s continuing efforts to engage in reconstruction and recovery and address the root causes of conflict and violence.
