2 years ago we presented the #DigitalSingleMarket strategy. Today we take stock of progress made and outline next steps.
Since 2015, the European Commission presented 16 key initiatives and 35 proposals to create a fully functioning digital Single Market for Europe. Agreement from co-legislators is now needed to make these proposals a reality for Europe.
In today’s mid-term review the Commission has also identified three main areas where further EU action is needed: #DataEconomy, #cybersecurity & online #platforms.
