Bollywood Superstar Aamir Khan starer Dangal is creating sensation in China with a whopping Box-office numbers and is all set to be emerged as Bollywood’s highest-earning Movie in China.
According to trade reports, in less than two days of its release, the movie has already earned above $ 3 million.
The sports drama earned a whopping Rs 15 crore on its opening day on Friday. By Saturday noon, it made 23.4 million yuan (approx. Rs 21 crore), according to trade reports.
Aamir Khan is one of the most popular Bollywood actors in China, and his other flicks “3 Idiots” and “PK” have done fantastic business in China.
To date, “PK” is the only Indian film to have crossed Rs 100 crore in China.
Dangal biographical sports drama film directed by Nitesh Tiwari. It stars Aamir Khan as Mahavir Singh Phogat, who taught Wrestling to his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari.
The former is India’s first female wrestler to win at the 2010 Commonwealth games, where she won the Gold Medal. Her sister Babita Kumari won the silver.
