Scientists in Canada claimed to have developed the world’s first flexible Smartphone that allows users the convenience of bending their apps.
Tentatively named ReFlex, the high-resolution smartphone combines multitouch with bend input. It allows users to interact with apps through bend gestures. When the smartphone is bent down, pages flip through the fingers just like a book.
ReFlex is based on a high definition 720p LG Display Flexible OLED touch screen powered by Android 4.4 KitKat mounted to the side of the display.
