IT Services giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been named the top employer of the United Kingdom for the second consecutive year.

TCS is one of the 70 employers to receive accreditation from Top Employer Institute, which assesses companies on nine core Human Resource (HR) criteria, including talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession Management, compensation and benefits, and company culture.
TCS employs over 11,000 employees across 30 locations in UK. The IT Company serves over 150 clients including Boots, BT, Diageo, National Grid, Nationwide, NEST, Marks & Spencer, Thames Water and Virgin Atlantic etc.
