Just few days after the country’s Most Expensive film ‘Robot 2.0’ was launched officially, it has landed into a major controversy as several political and cultural outfits in Tamil Nadu demanding the producers, Lyca Productions to remove Amy Jackson from the movie. This extreme reaction came after Amy Jackson’s recent Twitter post.
Amy has requested all her fans on Twitter to sign the PETA petition against the traditional Jallikattu aka bull-fighting in Tamil Nadu.

After this, angered by her stance against the age-old tradition, few political and cultural outfits protested at the shooting sets of ‘Robot 2.0, with a demand of removing Amy from the film.
The protesters condemned Amy’s stance against the Jallikattu and said that Amy, being a British actress, is earning Crores through Tamil movies and still talking against Tamil traditions. Makers tried their best to keep the situation under control but couldn’t.
Last year, the Supreme Court had banned Jallikattu, which led to a series of protests by political parties demanding the lifting of ban.
