Political circles are abuzz that BJP is going to be Trumped in AP in 2019 polls as TDP supreme Chandrababu Naidu and JanaSena President Pawan Kalyan are forming a formidable alliance to checkmate BJP.
Before the 2014 elections, BJP was a lesser known party in AP. Chances of revival were very less for TDP as it was facing a huge threat from YSRCP. Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena party was launched and the Powerstar extended his support to the BJP-TDP alliance and played a crucial role in the victory.
Pawan, who went all out for Narendra Modi’s leadership, is now heard to be not happy with him for not keeping his promises to Andhra Pradesh people. Despite Pawan openly pleaded Modi to solve problems of AP, little did he oblige.
Meanwhile, Chandrababu earned the full trust of Pawan by scrapping the land pooling act in the capital region when Pawan requested. Pawan and Chandrababu’s friendship grew stronger following Pawan’s recent visit.
The recent meet of Chandrababu and Pawan was also instrumental in the decision of both to not campaign for BJP for the forthcoming Warangal Lok Sabha by-election.
