India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on 8th of October (Air Force Day) saluted air warriors and their families.
“Today, on Air Force Day, a proud nation expresses gratitude to our air warriors and their families. The Indian Air Force continues to serve India with utmost dedication and excellence.” the Prime Minister wrote on his Twitter page.
The Prime Minister also greeted the nation on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashmi.
“Greetings on the auspicious occasion of Vijaya Dashami”, he said.
The President of India Ram Nath Kovind also saluted air warriors, veterans and families of Indian Air Force.
“On Air Force Day, we proudly honour our air warriors, veterans, and families of the Indian Air Force. They safeguard our skies with courage and commitment,” he said.
“India remains forever indebted to the brave men and women in blue for their selfless devotion and sacrifice,” he added.
