JanaSena President Pawan Kalyan condemned the Pulwama terror attack, calling it a ‘deplorable and inhuman’ act.
“I and all my Janasainiks offer the salute to souls of the martyred Jawans who gave the lives for the country,” Pawan Kalyan said.
At least 40 CRPF jawans were martyred and several wounded in an IED blast in Awantipora area on Thursday (14th of Feb).
Janasena party President Pawan Kalyan on Thursday condemned the Pulwama Terror Attack, calling it a ‘deplorable and inhuman’ act.
In a press note released on Thursday, Pawan Kalyan said, “the attack in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, on Indian soldiers by a suicide bomber is a deplorable and inhuman act. My heart reaches out to all the 36 families of the martyred CRPF Jawans.”
Janasena chief also said, “I and all my Janasainiks offer the salute to souls of the martyred Jawans who gave the lives for the country. The entire nation prays in solidarity for the martyred soldiers. We pray that the injured Jawans recover as soon as possible.”
Mr. Kalyan further urged the Centre that “the central government should take steps to keep up the faith and confidence of the soldiers in face of this loss. The enemy of the nation should be strongly checked.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also condemned the attack calling the incident “despicable” and “dastardly”.
“Attack on CRPF personnel in Pulwama in despicable. I strongly condemn this dastardly attack. The sacrifices of our brave Security personnel shall not go in vain. The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the families of the brave martyrs. May the injured recover quickly,” Prime Minister wrote on Twitter.

Reports say that an explosive-laden truck hit into CRPF convoy at Lethpora on the Jammu-Srinagar highway.
Jaish-e-Mohammad claimed responsibility for the suicide attack and recognised bomber as a homegrown militant.
