JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan has requested the State and Central government to help Indian students who were detained by immigration authorities in the United States.
Janasena party President Pawan Kalyan on Friday has asked the State and Central government to help Indian students who were detained by immigration authorities in the United States.
Mr. Kalyan has released a press note in this regard, and said, “State and Central government must work together to release Indian students in America.”
Janasena chief also said, “It is the responsibility of the colleges to provide proper council ling to the students regarding foreign education.”
He also requested Janasena party NRI wing to extend its support to the students in this regard.
Pawan Kalyan further said, “the colleges should take the responsibility to create awareness among the students regarding foreign education.”
United States immigration authorities had detained around 125 Indian students enrolled at a fake university ran by agents in Detroit, Michigan.
The arrested Indians have been placed in deportation proceedings and will remain in the custody of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement until the conclusion of their case by immigration law courts.
