Though 2018 has brought happiness to many peoples yet it took away from us the Hawa Hawaii girl, Sridevi. The 54year old actor was in Dubai attending a family function when we lost her. 2018 is marked by loss of many dear ones of Bollywood Industry like Narendra Jha, Sujata Kumar, Nargis Rabari, Rita Bhaduri, Raj Kishore Ji and Sridevi.
Sridevi was the queen of Bollywood in her own time (the mid and late 1980s). What kept the Audience so attached with her was her acting skills, comic timings, dance moves and that sparkling star power. In 1997, Sridevi disappeared from the Industry, and later in 2000, she made her small comeback by walking in the ramp for Manish Malhotra when it was found that she got hitched with producer Boney Kapoor. In 2012 she was back with a bang when English Vinglish happened. The diva’s Instagram account was flooded with likes and love when she posted pictures with her daughters and husband.
Late in February this year, the entire Kapoor family attended Boney’s sister-son marriage ceremony at Dubai. The whole clan returned Mumbai except Sridevi who wanted to go shopping. Boney returned to Dubai to surprise his wife and take her to dinner that very night when suddenly he found that Sridevi took a long time than ever in the bathroom for getting ready, to the shock and surprise of everyone her auTopsy report confirmed her death by drowning.
